I'll be at my local polling place from 7-9 am.

I'm sorry to admit I know nothing about my local candidates, so I wont be voting.

But I'll be there passing out a variety of slim jims :D

I hope you folks can do the same.. if you have some extra flyers, slim-jims, etc, hit up your polling places whenever you have free time tomorrow, stand outside, and garner support.

thanks

I'll be there passing out info, but mostly collecting signatures to get RP on the Virginia ballot

6 of us are gathering signatures outside our polls in the 9th district of VA tomorrow. Paul isn't on the ballot yet, we're trying to change that.

I'll definitely be at my polling place. Wearing my RP T-shirt. I'm not sure if legally I can pass out info near by, but I'll have slim jims on hand just in case!

Just walk into the polling place and ask the workers how many feet away you need to be. It's like 40ft for us.

My group will be there. Covering the locations for the whole 12 hours.

Just an FYI for Ohio folks. 100 ft from the entrance is the rule here!

I've done that sort of thing a lot - here's a trick I learned:

Give the handouts to people on their way OUT of the voting booth, not on their way in. I know in NH, and I assume elsewhere, it is illegal to leave election materials inside of voting booths, and you can get called for it if voters accidentially leave stuff in there. So get 'em on their way back to their cars and thank them for voting. :D

handing them out on the way out makes more sense anyways :)
