I'm not really on top of FEC rules. If Ron raises an absurd amount for the primaries, and for some reason doesn't get to spend it all before the general election, can he rollover the remaining primary funds and spend them on the general election campaign?

Currently, Ron Paul has about $80k in his congressional election fund, and his opponent Peden has about $8k. So I hope Ron Paul spends generously on the presidential campaign!
