Bachmann, a Minnesota congresswoman, told reporters here Thursday night that she collected donations from 92,000 supporters in the third fundraising quarter at an average of $42 each. That likely puts her total haul somewhere short of $4 million — well behind opponents like Rick Perry (who’s claimed donations around $17 million) and Ron Paul ($8 million).

She was a frontrunner for a while, especially after Ames. This is likely the same case as it is with Perry.

Sounds like its all or nothing for her in Iowa. Same with Huntsman in New Hampshire.

That's actually more than I expected. Unfortunately she might be able to keep running through the IA caucus.

Let's sincerely hope that she drops out at some point and endorses Ron Paul, bringing all her donor lists with her.

Yeah I was hoping for $2.5 or so.

The important thing is how much cash she still has. Her campaigning has not been cheap!

Keeping Marcus away from the cameras must consume at least half that total.

I remember a few weeks ago the Bachmann campaign announced it would not be releasing it's Q3 fundraising until the Oct 15th deadline. I took that as a good sign.

ehhh... more than i expected. I hope Cain didn't actually raise 8 million like I've seen claimed before.
