More reaffirmation about the real causes of terrorism. Here's what Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab told the court (http://www.freep.com/article/20111012/NEWS01/111012038/Transcript-Read-Abdulmutallab-s-statement-guilty-plea):

I had an agreement with at least one person to attack the United States in retaliation for U.S. support of Israel and in retaliation of the killing of innocent and civilian Muslim populations in Palestine, especially in the blockade of Gaza, and in retaliation for the killing of innocent and civilian Muslim populations in Yemen, Iraq, Somalia, Afghanistan and beyond, most of them women, children, and noncombatants.

[I acted] as an act of jihad against the United States for the U.S. killing of my Muslim brothers and sisters around the world.

The United States should be warned that if [...] the U.S. continues to kill and support those who kill innocent Muslims, then the U.S. should await a great calamity that will befall them through the hands of the mujahideen soon by God’s willing permission.

If you laugh at us now, we will laugh at you later in this life and on the day of judgment by God’s will, and our final call is all praise to Allah, the lord of the universe, Allahu Akbar.

They hate us because we're free... yeah right.

No!!!! No more quoting of terrorists in the debates. That kind of stuff is what damages the campaign the most.

I'm not implying he SHOULD use it, but it doesn't hurt his position, and for that I'm thankful. And I agree with you, as long as he stays away from his foreign policy in the debates I think he'll be good. That seems to always rub people off the wrong way.
