I think calls for the Judge to be VP would be a waste of his understanding of Constitutional law (considering that a vice president doesn't really do anything) . I think he would be better suited for the SCOTUS or Attorney General.

I agree, VP would be a waste. I think Attorney General and then nominate to the court when a seat becomes available would be the best.
