Although several members of Congress have now called on Attorney General Eric Holder to resign over Operation Fast and Furious, he appeared to dismiss the congressional investigation into the program as not “important” when reporters asked about it on Tuesday.

“We have sent thousands of pages of documents,” Holder said in response to a question about whether he’ll be complying with new subpoenas expected to be heading his way this week. “We’ll look at the subpoenas. I’m sure we will undoubtedly comply with them.”

WASHINGTON - In secretly recorded conversations between two individuals deeply entwined in the ATF's controversial "Fast and Furious" operation, the murder of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry is described as "collateral damage."

The recordings were obtained exclusively by CBS News. The man who made them - Arizona gun dealer Andre Howard - ran the Lone Wolf Trading Company and was speaking with Hope MacAllister, the ATF operation's case agent.

Two of the guns Howard sold while cooperating with the ATF that were later found at Terry's murder.

"It happened. It's terrible," Howard said. "That's life ok we move on."

It appears the whole crony crowd are involved Holder, Clinton, Shapiro... C-SPAN covered it this morning on Washington Journal

Holder told Darrel Issa, that he heard about GUNWalker/Fast n Furious for the first time a few weeks ago. Yet Internal DOJ documents show, Eric Holder was receiving frequent updates/memo on the status of GUNWALKER for some 11 months.

Yeah, the investigative reporter from CBS was on Washington Journal this morning. It was interesting. It's nice to know that we still have a few investigative reporters...
