Can anyone help me find documents and supporting evidence backing up the claim that Rick Perry "tried to force young girls in Texas to be injected with an STD vaccine."

I need the actual executive order, and any newspaper/website articles backing up the claim as well.

Any help would be appreciated, need links ASAP.

There's no doubt of what Perry did...
Now proving his intentions were not in the right place (getting paid off by Merck etc), that's probably up for debate.
