Lionel's five proposed demands for OWS

2) Issue a moratorium on home foreclosures
3) Nationalize the Fed
4) Issue a Wall Street sales tax
5) End all wars against mythical enemies

Here are my thoughts:

1) At the very least lowering the interest rates on student loans should be on the table.

2) Given that the housing bubble was driven by intentional, fraudulent Fed and Government policy I'm inclined to agree with the moratorium on home foreclosures.

3) Nationalizing the fed? At the very least!

4) Ending government favoritism to wall street monopolies is preferable to issuing new taxes. How about a moratorium on Wall St. Executive Treasury Secretaries?

5) Hallelujah!

1. Get government out of education entirely. At every level. Give banks a choice to cut existing student debt in half or face a loss of government backing for loans already made.

2. Get government out of housing entirely. At every level. Give banks a choice to cut existing housing debt in half or face a loss of government backing for loans already made.

3. Eliminate the Fed, legalize competing currencies.

4. Get government out of the business of creating corporations. Keep the corporate income tax and eliminate personal income tax.

5. Get out of ALL wars except those started by somebody attacking us.
