The total actually seems like a pretty small amount. Only $54M/year.

Besides that the graph doesn't make sense. It seems like it's telling me that the total amount of money donated to all candidates from all sources in the past 22 years is 1.188 Billion. But your thread title indicates that it just came from wall street. If you add up all the top organizations, it is only 1/10th of the total reported up top. And the explanation under "Top Recipients" seems like a botched copy/paste (what is "the industry?"), leaving me completely unsure what those numbers are even claiming to represent. Maybe there is more context if I follow the link?

tl;dr we can create better propaganda than this.
