It was buried in a different 6 page thread. If you can help out and are interested, there is apparently a dearth of signs in some parts of New Hampshire. We have some people willing to help distribute and put them up, but those of us in later primary states can help by making sure everyone in NH who wants a Ron Paul sign has one.
Thanks Shemdogg!

@ matt your contact is yet to get back to me. i sent her an email; here are some things i mentioned:
i can't recall signs really ever being available to supporters at any events ever. the sign wave before the debate first NH debate, the July 4th parade w/ romney and huntsman, the CNHT straw poll (we won), the launch of the door knocking effort in nashua. There were signs at the NHYR straw poll (also won) that supporters "stole" but i believe the official position that they were not for us to take. i can't think of all the events that i've ever been to but for example, i was at the town hall event in nashua last week and the campaign did not bring any yard signs. I was in the parking lot after the event giving away signs out of the trunk of my car that I paid for myself.
after the campaign office launched I approached one coordinator and asked him for permission to emailbomb my meetups to inform them that if they had a lawn in NH they could pick up a free sign. He asked me not to do this and let me know that the campaign was not in a position to provide very many signs.
Prior to attending this last NASCAR race I asked a different inquired about yard signs. I asked him if I could "borrow" as many signs as he could give me 10, 50, 100, 500. I told him would set them up myself before the race (100K attendees [note: mccain won NH primary with less than 90K votes] ) and then take them down when I leave, and return them to him. ultimately he was able to provide zero signs.
so excuse me for being skeptical. i would love it if the campaign was doing everything perfect and i wouldn't have to do a damn thing. but the reality is i don't think they're doing what i think need to win in this department, and that is the vibe i'm getting from the rest of the NH supporters. who the hell are we? no one. we've never "won" a presidential primary like the experts who the campaign has hired. but i can't imagine how you're going to win if you can't give signs out to people who want them, whether or not you think it's a waste.
so to the folks who have donated so far, thank you and i will hold your funds as i'm busy tonight doing the banner making (there is a thread floating around for this) and tomorrow with the debate. afterwards, if the campaign still hasn't demonstrated competence in my opinoin then i will set up a proper thread outlining what i'm trying to do. i'm not trying to steal anyone's money or complete a collection of campaign signs

1- you don't win people over by airing your grievances with them in a public forum
2- signs don't win elections
3- typically professional campaigns don't distribute signs until a few weeks prior to the election
4- if I had to guess, resources in NH are probably being focused on more critical activities at the moment
5- I said that I was working on this for you, since I'm not actually in NH I can't just pop into an office and ask the relevant questions; it takes time for me to get answers.

Matt, all that is fine but your jumping in all official-like stopped the momentum for the chip in. So for now, I am going to modify your post about the campaign having signs, since that seems to be in question, and will replace it when we find out what the story is

was that directed at me? because if it was
1 - ok except i'm not trying to win anyone over that's already on this forum
2 - agreed. but i wonder why the official store has them? and why are they at the concord office?
3 - ok. do you suppose the office is stockpiling until then?
4 - ok, certainly possible, which is why i was thinking about doing this outside of the official campaign.
5 - ok man i'm not not upset with you for not being able to deal with this immediately. IMO you shouldn't have to, which is why i never came to you about the problem. and i understand that you aren't in NH so you don't don't have anything to go by besides what your contacts tell you.

i dont know that all that's necessary. yeah clock is ticking but i have this other shit to do before i can even sit down to think about a proposal before i actively start soliciting funds, again, assuming the office doesn't have and continue to restock signs

OK I'll modify it back but within about a minute of my posting this thread there was a donation and a chorus, and then the thought that it was being taken care of by the campaign stopped it. I think everyone here trusts you to put it to good use, and it sounds like the most direct evidence of what the sign situation with the campaign is, came from our guys who aren't getting or seeing signs, right now.
