She was a nice lady. She is the one who wears the V for Vendetta mask and holds the RP sign. I told her to come visit RPFs and look at the threads to show her what the grassroots thought of OWS and RP's presence at them. She said she agree with RP on ending the fed and the wars and this was really her last hope.

I asked her if she thought the sign negatively affected the campaign in any way she said no. She doesn't really care about the campaign as a whole and is more focused on getting the ideas out there. Not being there because of its negative effects on the campaign would be "compromising principles".

I really only saw that one RP sign.

The place is really one hell of a hippy commune. You have these "general assembly" meetings that are educating the people about talking to the media. The entire park was surrounded by cop cars (probably at least 20-30), all with their lights on.

I got into an argument with a socialist who was "defending" the RP people earlier in the day. He said he wanted to "fix the fed" and made really poor arguments in favor of public education and property taxes. I also got a chance to make the argument for privatization of police and fire departments.

At one point that asshole that Adam Kokesh was talking to came up and jumped into the conversation about property taxes. He screamed "the government has the right to take taxes". I looked at him and stared him down for a second, then proceeded to ignore him and he walked about.

I might head down there tomorrow and get some people to go protest the fed.

Michelle Fields paints a different picture. What do you make of this interview on FreedomWatch?

I didn't really see anything about RP except one sign. I also only saw one or two end the fed signs. Most of the signs were about "love" and "peace" and "socialism". Nothing remotely close to free markets or libertarianism.
