And then there're former AWOL chicken-hawk National Guardsmen who make it possible for them to get their leg blown off.

Yeah, when somebody loses a limb, or in some cases, his life, the least you can do is applaud them for their courage, I'm sure that'll get them back to where they were.

Bush's policies cost America a lot but I think Bush is a "believer" and means what he said. If his decisions were not so horrible, he could almost be respectable on a personal level. If he encouraged his own daughters to serve in Iraq, then that would add to his credibility.

he could have said "what doesnt kill uou makes u stronger". I always hated that proverb, because 50% of the time, it makes you weakaer to fight off the next attack
