Obviously, it's early, but does anyone have information or links on caucuses?

I don't have a link yet, but I do know that Kansas has changed the rules regarding delegate allocation from a "winner take all" allocation by congressional district to a proportional allocation. If a candidate receives at least 20% of the vote statewide, they will receive a proportional allocation of at-large delegates from that state. (The three pledged delegates from each district will still go to the caucus winner in those respective districts.)

If the turnout for the KS caucus is the same as last year, Ron will have to turn out at least 4,000 caucusers for him to reach the 20% threshold - definitely a reachable number, since he turned out nearly 2,200 last time around.

I was looking for info today and it appears Kansas has changed up again. It looks like we will have a primary vote in August of this year.

No. The primary has nothing to do with the Presidential election.

Also, I believe the last day to register to vote in the caucus is Feb. 17.
