For those of you new to Republican politics this is what R candidates have had to deal with for years from the mainstream media.

Hill Clinton will get a question from the media something like: Why are you so great? What is it like to be so much smarter than the rest of the people in DC? Whereas Paul will be asked: Why are you running? You know you can't win?

Algore will be asked to please run for President and save our planet.
Willard Romney will be told that Mormons can't win.

This bias has existed since TV news started but I guess it is new to people that haven't been involved in Republican politics.
