What if you give more than $100?
18,000 pledges x $100 = $1.8 million raised
18,000 pledges x $200 = $3.6 million raised
18,000 pledges x $500 = $9 million raised
18,000 pledges x $1,000 = $18 million raised

While only 18,000 people pledged to donate $100 today, over 24,366 have participated. If each and every one of that 24,366 donated just $251 today, today would be the largest political fundraising day in the history of the world, beating John Kerry’s $6.1 Million on the day of the Democratic convention in 2004.

It is time to redouble our efforts!

Did he bring in that much online, or total? We should at least be able to compete for an online record.

Regardless, I think the campaign has a good hook with "the highest single day fund raising total for all GOP candidates." And no, Mitt...your 8 million dollar loan to yourself doesn't count.

That was not the primaries. Invalid comparison.
