NICE. Dylan Ratigan @ the protests going off on his usual rants. He's pretty solid here.

Thing is, I think an amendment to try to end the ability to accept money in politics won't work. It's good intentioned - but it will not solve the problem, and if anything make it worse by further empowering those who are the most underhanded to benefit as opposed to those who are more honest and do not try to go around it in some way. They will find ways around it. They are much too clever. However, if you get the government out of the business of business (regulating, subsidizing, taxing, etc) - *only then* can you have a separation of business and State. Because then business will have nothing to lobby for. It would be pointless.
