Does the person have to actually watch the video or just land on the page?

Then name the top three BTO videos you would like to see get the most views.

Thanks

altho the link below is very incomplete the basic methods of creating artificial views won't work anymore.

The most common facts that I know of are:
- there is a 300 views limit per IP
- after 300 views the view count is only updated every few hours
- videos that autoplay from any website are not counted
- only videos that autoplay from the original youtube.com video page is counted
- videos that play on autoplay on your youtube channel are not counted
- videos that are on hidden iframes are not counted
- videos have to play a few seconds before being counted
- videos that start out muted are not counted

The only way (excusable way) that I know of that works is to run full page ads on your youtube video. You know those annoying ads that take over the whole page of the site you're trying to get to? thats a full page ad. it differs on different ad networks but adbrite costs $0.001 (minimum) for each time your page is displayed. So technically if that works someone who has knowledge of trojans can run a program on people's computers that would play videos up to 300 times. But ofcourse youtube can still catch you doing that and they will disregard those views.

YouTube really lowered their standards for view counting:

Y (http://www.tubemogul.com/company/blog/2008/05/view-equivocation-across-video-sites/)ou used to have to watch something like half the video.
