Inb4 negative nancies come in telling people to stop talking about Ron Paul at the Wall Street thing.

Is the irony here that the media seems to be the one talking about all the socialist groups joining forces which is the direction the establishment is pushing for, or is it that some people here are perpetuating it

Here is an example of a guy we probably want a Ron Paul supporter to talk to and explain the core problem and how the views Ron Paul has and the rest of us have are not as extreme as he may think. I know most of the people at these protests do not side with communists and are more open minded like this guy, he just needs more information about the problem and how to solve it, i.e., End the Fed, how lobbyists and government makes things worse for the American people and who actually writes the regulation laws and gets the bailouts and how.

As far as the social programs he wants (public education, etc.) nothing would stop the state government to run those if that the people in specific states and local communities want to do and if they did maybe the programs would be better run and have more funding instead of sending the money to Washington and have it be lost and not accountable to the people. The point is the Federal government shouldn't be as involved as it is today and because it is it causes more problems then it solves.
