A friend of mine recently asked me the following:
"so I assume if Ron Paul was elected he would diminish the National Institutes of Health (NIH)? I'm curious if you know his stance on this; the NIH (and CCC) fund most health research and without it I don't know how we would continue... just curious if you know anything about this!"
