From Anonymous :

Criticism of the Fed is one of the main motivations driving Anonymous to help organize the protests:

On Mar 12, 2011, Anonymous A99 announced their first operation by posting a video to the AmpedStatus YouTube page. The effort was called “Operation Empire State Rebellion” (#OpESR). The video “OpESR Communication #1” stated the following:

“We are a decentralized non-violent resistance movement, which seeks to restore the rule of law and fight back against the organized criminal class.

One-tenth of one percent of the population has consolidated wealth in unprecedented fashion and launched an all-out economic war against 99.9% of the population.

We are not affiliated with either wing of the two-party oligarchy. We seek an end to the corrupted two-party system by ending the campaign finance and lobbying racket.

Above all, we aim to break up the global banking cartel centered at the Federal Reserve, International Monetary Fund, Bank of International Settlement and World Bank.

We demand that the primary dealers within the Federal Reserve banking system be broken up and held accountable for rigging markets and destroying the global economy, effective immediately.

As a first sign of good faith, we demand Ben Bernanke step down as Federal Reserve chairman.

Until our demands are met and a rule of law is restored, we will engage in a relentless campaign of non-violent, peaceful, civil disobedience.”

We are seeing the people rise against the bankers and The Fed. Don't listen to mainstream media on this one. Videos like in the OP will awaken many to Ron Paul's message.

I'm not going to support this Global Socialist Revolution.

Then kindly, GTFO. These folks know there is a problem, and most identify the federal reserve as the problem.. just need to shift it more broadly to be fed government overall..

this is the people. all of us. you're never going to agree with everyone, and you're least likely to agree with the people most motivated to start something.

we need them. they need us. we're the people, and that's simply how it works. or what? you want to wait to convince everyone to agree with you first? because that's never going to happen.

when the tea party gathers the media represents them as loons. when the 'left' congregates they get painted as hippies or riff-raff. how many people sat at home cursing those who helped us escape Vietnam?

You will never agree with everyone, but that's the point of a free society. There is nothing stronger than a united people.

If you're unhappy with the message you think they represent, which is silly, since you're basing it on the media representation of them -- then get out there and present your message too. I think you'd be surprised at how many like minds you found.

You can continue to criticize our fellow citizens who have reached the point where they'll take to the streets, or you can reach out to them, and realize we're all on the same team here.

I am really, really disappointed at some of the people on this forum who continue to paint these protesters all with the same brush. Yes, some of them are oh-so-evil socialists and Marxists. Does that mean they are automatically evil or out to start the next French Revolution? Not necessarily. Some of you rail against collectivism, and then when it comes time to put the practice of treating people as individuals to the test, you fail. I am going to get excoriated for this, probably, but I honestly don't see a whole lot of problems with bonding together on this one issue. Maybe it would be best if we didn't associate Ron Paul's name with this, but that's no reason we can't keep preaching the good word to these people. Subtly influencing them to look towards Ron Paul as the only one who sees problems with the Federal Reserve is ultimately going to help. You can do that without flashing RON PAUL 2012 all over the place.

As affa and a few others have said, these people are fellow citizens. Trashing them because some of them may hold a faulty ideology is not appropriate and is just burning bridges. As long as the end goal is the same, can't we swallow our differences and just get along? I don't see why there has to be constant conflict. If you're not willing to be part of the so-called revolution, then get out of the way and stop trashing and denigrating people who do see opportunities here. Like it or not, something has to change, and fast.

Coalitions between left and right have happened before; just look at the opposition to Vietnam. I bet most of you trashing these protesters now saw the anti-war people in Vietnam as just a bunch of dirty hippies. That kind of attitude will get you nowhere. Education should be the focus... not snubbing anyone who doesn't perfectly line up with a certain ideology. We will get a lot farther if we link with the left over the Federal Reserve/corporatism and foreign policy, rather than ignoring them just because they see the state as the only way to help people down on their luck.

This is a George Soros operation in cojunct with cointelpro. Now..if we can get the Marines in there as they "promised" and hijack it ala the Alex Jones anti-fed protests and divert these innocents to the proper venue...then we can have a winning hand in this game. As it is they are playing right into the globalist bankers hands. It seems the hardcore libertarians are the ones having the hardest time understanding the nature of what is occurring and why some conservatives don't want anything to do with it. They have created the false opposition they control with this protest. The trick of the turn is to get the movement out of their mitts..but you do not do that by paricipating in it under their rules and sloganeering agitprop.

Blaming Wall Street Is Wrong
Saturday, October 01, 2011 – by Anthony Wile (http://www.thedailybell.com/3015/Anthony-Wile-Blaming-Wall-Street-Is-Wrong)

To get at the root of the problem, one should be protesting, say, in London's City where central banking originated. Or protesting in front of the Federal Reserve in Washington DC. These are real seats of power. But the shadowy and excessively powerful and wealthy individuals who have created the modern economic system are quite satisfied no doubt to have Wall Street take the blame. It suits their purposes.

In fact, the handful of powerful Anglosphere families that control central banking have done everything they can to focus the blame on the financial industry (the evil intermediary part) since 2008. The record is plain to see. Just Google "banks" and "regulation" and you'll get an idea of how pervasive the attack on the securities industry and commercial banking has been.

Again... excellent video in OP.

The culprit is clear. They are counterfeiters. They are powerful. The counterfeiters have stolen the wealth and liberties of the people with a central plan of control. The Federal Reserve Act of 1913 is an unconstitutional act performed by an illegal conspiracy which is documented. Mr. Paul, Mr. Nader, and Mr. Kucinich point that out in their teachings and they know what they are talking about.

"Banking was conceived in iniquity and born in sin. Bankers own the Earth. Take it away from them but leave them the power to create money, and, with the flick of a pen, they will create enough money to buy it back again. Take this great power away from them and all great fortunes like mine will disappear and they ought to disappear, for then this would be a better and happier world to live in. But, if you want to continue to be the slave of the bankers and pay the cost of your own slavery, then let the bankers continue to create money and control credit." - Sir Josiah Stamp, President, Bank of England (2nd richest man in England)
