I recently donated to a local charity and when paying with paypal it gave me the option to check a box that would allow me to pay the fees associated with my chosen method of payment. I didnt have to check it. This might be a good option to add to the donation webpage. It charged me an extra $1.??. I didnt mind the extra since it was only covering the additional expense created by my chosing a convenient payment method.
