The FEC website says nothing about times. It says the quarter is finished on September 30, 2011. So, there is no reason why people in other non-EST states couldn't donate.

But, I wouldn't be surprised if there were some hidden rules deep within never opened rule books in the libraries of the FEC.

Should be able to donate in Hawaii and Alaska before midnight and still be included.

I don't know homie. I haven't found any specific times for the end of the quarter. If it is Sept 30 somewhere, donate away. just sayin homie.

There is nothing wrong with donating for the next couple hours, 4 hours and 20 min for those in Hawaii ;)
