Well she sure knows how to make herself sound like an idiot, but I do think she is on to something. I think there certainly are GOP operatives working behind the scenes to pump up Cain simply because he is Black and they can use that to counter the left's unfounded Racism claims. The first round of pushing Cain didn't go far so looks like they are trying again now.

Please. I don't like Cain, but her claims are highly speculative and she's reaching at straws.

If you're against Obama, you're racist! If you're for Cain, you're racist!

She needs to STFU. She makes me utterly sick to my stomach.

Sadly, the headline this moron just created will give Cain even more support. Way to go.

Janeane Garofalo: "Herman Cain is probably well liked by some of the Republicans because it hides the racist elements of the Republican party. Conservative movement and tea party movement, one in the same.

"People like Karl Rove liked to keep the racism very covert. And so Herman Cain provides this great opportunity say you can say 'Look, this is not a racist, anti-immigrant, anti-female, anti-gay movement. Look we have a black man.'"

How bitter can one person be, seriously. She has always played unhappy, nagging characters, maybe she is being typecast. I really hate giving into this stuff, honestly i would break the link than give into that spiteful being.

Those who support an idiot like Cain are probably stupid and not racist.

lol, good one. I need to find that one.

And yes, Garofalo is best described as 'bitter'. She's a female version of Keith Olbermann.

Love Kevin Jackson's epic take down of her:

(That reminds me! I have to upload that clip from Green Room, where Stanhope reminds her that she told Zinn and Chomsky to STFU and leave poor GWB alone after 9/11.)

I still don't understand what racist actually means. In my mind we only have 1 race, and thats human. Within our race we have several different cultures, which Im sure we can agree that some cultures are superior to others. Someone being black/yellow/white/brown is not a race, its a color.

I'll do that!

She accused DS of "misremembering," as if he was the only other person there.

DA: Anyway… I’m shallow. But Doug, you really brought it tonight, and Janeane and you – I thought that was a great…

DS: …I felt really bad.

DA: I don’t think it was that bad.

DS: But I was f***in’ right. I don’t remember anything that passionately, unless I was really pissed. I was very pissed (http://www.buzzinetv.com/interviews/tv-interview-dave-attell-doug-stanhope-green-room-paul-provenza-07282011). What was the two guys you name-checked during the thing?

DA: They weren’t even there.

DS: Oh, because she opened with the f***ing… Remember, I have no memory whatsoever. But I vividly remember this: She had the two guys – the UCB type of guys – they play guitar, they’re a duo…

DA: Oh, I don’t really know them. I don’t know the alternative people that well. I didn’t really know what she was talking about, but I get it.

DS: I shut up rather than continuing to say, “I’m right about this!” [Laughs] ...
