I don't care, as long as he nominates Andrew Napolitano for the Supreme Court.

The judge might be too valuable to take out of the media. Who else supports Paul on everything?

Plus, it is just asking for a tough nomination hearing. With his radio show and tv show, who knows everything he has said. They'll dig up anything controversial and use it. The fact that he is a fox news employee alone is enough to get democrats to fight his nomination.

Yeah, but those Dems would need a 51% majority to make it a reality - whenever a spot opens up.

napolitano is on record as thinking 90%+ of the things most of republican senators vote for is unconstitutional.

i'm afraid if we are gonna sneak a libertarian constitutionalist onto the bench its gonna have to be somebody that is much less "on the record"
besides, dr. paul should probably appoint a protestant to the SC.

Tancredo would be a disaster at Homeland security; better to put the judge at Homeland, and Bob Barr as Atty General
also, Russ Feingold and Dennis Kucinich have a place. Maybe Kucinich as Ambassador to Israel.
