Just think how many roofs could have simple grid-tie solar cell systems with that kind of money.

Say it cost $27k to install a 5KW grid tie system today, (actually can be done for much cheaper but just for going w/ a high number and lots of profit)
that is 27,296 homes, generating a total of 136.5 MW, without having to construct new transmission lines, and those homes don't have to buy from the electric company and make Pelosi and her shit BIL that much richer.

MMM much better than what is proposed in the article I say. Extend this in a free market example where the government isn't involved someone.
