The link doesnt work for me, but basically what you're saying is that Rubio is a huge neocon that will sway Perry, Cain, or Romney into extreme intervention?

I doubt that would happen because Rubio will have no control over anyone. He's just a Hispanic puppet to get votes. Also, it's not like Romney isn't an outspoken interventionalist already.
