The War in Afghanistan could win this for Ron Paul

I've started writing a paper about the war in Afghanistan and I feel that if we highlight this issue we can gain a LOT of support, especially from people that are more liberal minded. Afghanistan is costing us an INCREDIBLE amount of money and our presence there is doing the exact opposite increasing our national security. People aren't aware of the costs of afghanistan because the news has been ignoring it, much like Ron Paul. Peace movements can be extremely powerful when people are informed of the situation. Ron Paul is by far the biggest, and perhaps only true advocate for ending the war as soon as possible. If people realize how much money is being poured into Afghanistan it will become a major point for helping the economy. We should push this issue into the public eye, musicians would help, A LOT of Americans would help. A big enough movement would crush the other Republican candidates.
