Most helpful/likely endorsements

I've given equal weight here to the probability of and to the helpfulness each candidate's endorsement would have for Ron Paul in order to rank them. For example, Johnson's endorsement is much more likely than Bachmann's, but I think the difference in what it would do for our campaign more than makes up for the difference, which is why I put Bachmann first.
