Joe Biden is a statist puppet who would put you in front of a firing squad in a second if it was even mildly convenient for him. Don't ever think otherwise. Because he has the persona of a carnival clown rather than darth vader doesn't change the substance. In fact, it makes him a little bit creepier, if that is even possible. But then I hate clowns.
