We know he's well aware of it: the debates are used to smear, twist and blot him out. We know he may not like it, but he needs to politely insert himself into the conversation.

"I'd like to add a quick comment on that"
"We're forgetting an important side to that subject..."
Ask for a quick 30 seconds, or even 10 if you can swing it.

Challenge Perry on his TARP lie. Challenge Mitt on anything since he's flip-flopped on practically every issue. Bring up your veteran status and support for the military, and get the audience to recognize that Iraq and Afghanistan are a lost cause and we need to bring those men and women home.

This is just a suggestion that reflects the general feedback we get after watching prior debates. Paul and his staff know what they're doing, but I wanted to get this out regardless.

He needs to stop being so damn humble. Every single prediction he has made throughout his career has been inarguably proven correct.

I would like to see him be more forceful in debates. Not angry - polite but FIRM.

Dear Ron Paul,

Fold it, and keep it inside one of your suit pockets. When the time is right, bring it out, open it and show it to the audience and cameras. Call Perry out on his lie. DO IT, please.

Oh what a great tv moment it would be if that happened. Do it Ron! Do it!

OK, it was definitely a bad idea to think Paul should have injected himself into the discussion. Bachmann did that and it was immediately unappreciated by the hosts, and the audience probably thought so as well.

Paul should still keep that letter in his inner coat pocket... Just in case.

Also, with Perry predicted to tank, that puts Paul in a potential 2nd. How can anyone ignore him then as top tier?

The debate was a trainwreck for the media's "top-tier" candidates. They did more damage to themselves then Paul could have ever hoped to by cutting in.
