A pro-life Tea Party activist will challenge John Boehner in the 2012 Republican primary because Boehner has failed to defund ObamaCare and Planned Parenthood.

If we keep rotating these political crack pots out of office, maybe some of them would get the message that if you don't support what the people won't, we will kick you out of office and find someone else who can listen.

This guy better be good on fiscal issues. I don't see him talking about fiscal issues enough on his website.

Absolutely disgusting. From his website:

David believes that law and human rights come from the only solid foundation, God. The Word of God, including the Ten Commandments and the Sermon on the Mount, is the foundation that America and the Bill of Rights rests on.

David puts principle before party. David was recently arrested at both John Boehner's (R) and Harry Reid's (D) offices over government funding of businesses that murder children. David's only allegiance is to God and cannot be swayed by party, individuals, or interest groups.

Anyone who puts the word of some fairy up in the sky above that of the PEOPLE of america is a tyrant. A Christian tyrant, but a tyrant nonetheless. (redundant?)

I don't know about you, but I wish more of our legislators would legislate from the Sermon on the Mount:

When Jesus saw the crowds, He went up on the mountain; and after He sat down, His disciples came to Him. He opened His mouth and began to teach them, saying,

“Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

“Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted.

“Blessed are the gentle, for they shall inherit the earth.

“Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be satisfied.

“Blessed are the merciful, for they shall receive mercy.

“Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God.

“Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God.

“Blessed are those who have been persecuted for the sake of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

“Blessed are you when people insult you and persecute you, and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of Me. Rejoice and be glad, for your reward in heaven is great; for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you.

If only our so-called leaders would understand this.

I don't really understand your rant.
Our rights come from either a God or nature, take your pick.
If you don't believe that, you believe they come from government.

Oh and don't criticize others for what they believe, that makes you look like a bigot.

Our rights as stated in the Bill of Rights, is a protection FROM the government. The government doesn't give you rights, you give the government rights. Also god didn't write the 10 commandments or any of the religious scriptures, people did. If god comes down and holds a press conference on what our laws and rights should be than sure I agree, lets go with god. Excuse the rest of us logical beings that see the bible as a fictional work written and distorted by the corrupted church over the past 2000 years.

I listened to this guy speaking and he did not seem right? I can't put my finger on it but something is out of whack. Kinda like Bachmann only worse - from what I have seen he won't win.

That's putting it mildly. You are very kind.

You can forget about this guy. Saw Neil Cavuto interview him yesterday. He's not that bright.
Video is posted here.

Wait, did you even READ my post?
For being so "logical", you are awfully ignorant.
This is philosophy 101 stuff.

Btw, I'm agnostic.

I saw him speaking with Cavuto, I think he was being told what to say. But it's possible you're right.

Why the do people base their campaigns on religion and being pro-life!? These are seriously the least of my concerns when voting for someone. I want to know their political philosophy, where they stand on foreign policy, civil liberties, economics, etc... I don't care what religion someone is and I consider myself "pro-life", but really there is nothing that will be done about it at the federal level. Abortion is one of those things that I can completely understand the arguments on both sides, but I lean to pro-life because for me its more about personal responsibility (getting pregnant comes from action/choices, people should be responsible with their own bodies, and if they don't wish to get pregnant its not like condoms/birth control/etc... doesn't exist). I'm also not a woman so I never feel like I can properly address the issue. Its a much more complex issue than that, but really its just the least of my concerns when voting for someone.
