I always though we could get $2M, but am hoping for $3M! Maybe we should print some of our own money like the FED? :cool:

Fundraising has been very consistent over the past 3 hours. Between 8:39 and 9:39 we raised 217K; between 10 and 11 we raised 221K; between 11: and 11:20 we raised 74 K (i.e. that last one is a pace of 222K/hr).

Can we keep going the rest of the day at 225K/hr? If so, that's 900K every 4 hours, or about another $2.8 million on top of the $1.4 mil we've already made, or a total of $4.2 million for the day, not counting the offlines.

Of course, donations could trail off...or, they could skyrocket! Time will tell!

About $250,000 offline donations were put up just after midnight. Peanuts campared to what we are doing and will continue to do today.

Don't you think the offline donations were meant for the 5th of November though? Those who mailed them in might have requested to have them posted on Nov 5th

327K were added at about 1 am ...but it won't be a big impact on the total #

I keep on expecting the pace to drop off but it continues, we need everyone on myspace, facebook, youtube , meetup etc. to advertise this early success to get more people motivated to donate today...

Yeah when I went to bed shortly after 12:30 AM central I noticed that a lot of money was coming in then.
