Many of our governors are already enthusiastic cheerleaders for partnering with communist China’s state-owned corporations at such venues as the recent U.S.-China Governors Forum as a growth strategy for their states; these governors are not sufficiently aware that “in China’s state-monopoly system of Leninist ‘capitalism,’ its corporations are instruments of national policy, fully integrated with, and subservient to, the Communist Party of China (CPC) and the Peoples Liberation Army (PLA).”

Good for them.

Like Ron Paul says: They actually practice Capitalism. It would be nice if we practiced it once in a while.

China doesn't fabricate evidence or simply go to war for "humanitarian" reasons and murder the living sht out of everyone in their way for their oil and label those who disagree with them unpatriotic commies. Come to think of it, China doesn't sound all that bad compared to us.

Buying our country you mean.

It's no better than invading it and killing people in it for the resource you want.

At least they are getting what they want by non-violent means.

And what about the people who are SELLING the land to them? Shouldn't they be the ones you direct your anger towards?

California is using China to build a new Bay Bridge.
http://www.npr.org/2011/09/16/140515737/california-turns-to-china-for-new-bay-bridge

California is spending more than $7 billion building what it says will be an architectural marvel: the new San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge. But the state saved a lot of money sending some of the construction work overseas.

Good. I'm glad that they're investing in our country.

It makes perfect sense since we have borrowed and thus owe China they would invest to keep us working to pay them back.
