This is incredible. I am truly shocked.

By those definitions every single person who donated to Ron Paul on November 5th (me!!!) can be legally placed on a Watch List because of the Guy Fawkes connection.

Every keystroke logged, every website I view tracked, classes I take in school documented, books I buy or check out at the library put in my file etc... should I be looking in my rear view mirror? Of course not. Not yet.
