Aight, so someone came up with this great idea to play off the "Back to the Future" design but use "Back to the Constitution". I saw it in a Ron Paul video, tried to find it on the net (?) but couldn't find it. So I figured I'd just do it up on my own as it was mostly just using the BttF font (dafonts.com) and getting the colors right.

So here it is:

And the obligatory t-shirt is here (dark colors (https://www.goodstorm.com/node/735400) and light colors (https://www.goodstorm.com/item/anarchyware/back_to_the_constitution_0)).

And if anyone would like to use the graphic for posters or whatever, please PM me and I can email you a file for you to use!

Best-

Justin

I'm actually really tempted to buy one of those shirts, but my money supply is already small.

$10 is a nice price - you donating any portion of profits to the campaign, though?

Should there be any profits, I'm definitely up for doing that. Goodstorm allows you to either mark up the price after cost or do a set price. I think the base cost on these shirts is something like $8.00. The $2.00 spread gets split 40/60 between goodstorm and me. So that means that at least 100 of these would have to move for any meaningful donation to be made, which is why I say "I'm definitely up for doing that."

Bottom line: I didn't design this to make money. If you go to that store, I've made a couple other Ron Paul designs (Gold coin and a play on the che lives tshirt). At this point, sales of either have been nominal (like three). So far, I've made $4.31 off of those tshirt sales :) :(

lol dude I saw you on youtube holding that sign. I was like that sign is awesome! Keep up the good work! Ron Paul needs all of us to help open America's eyes and show them how it really is to be free once again.

Doc, nice job! Hope you don't mind if I redid it. It's a rock solid idea.

Peruvian - what did you have in mind?

Those are cool Justin. I just bought a "Youth" size for my older son to wear. The price is right on those t-shirts, that for sure.

No I don't mind, as long as you make sure to give the profits to RP! I guess my only concern is that RP's name is not very big, so people might not be able to see it and think you are just being anti bush or anti republican and think "Yeah, I definitely need to vote for a Dem next year!"

It started pouring right at the end of the rally at the NH debate and my sign got soaked! Even the rain is trying to smear Ron Paul!

Yeah ... the form may have overpowered function on that one. BUT, I think it's catchy enough that people will buy into the idea, which will result in them buying into the "Champion" of that idea: Ron Paul.

That said, I certainly don't disagree with your point. I thought about making another version that was double-sided that had "Ron Paul for President" or something like that on the back.

Re: proceeds - should they be significant (like >=$50 or 100), I'll definitely send them to the campaign fund. BUT that means we need to sell 50 or 100 of these shirts! Who's in!?

Hey - this is slightly off topic to this thread, but I've done up a banner for a friend/coworker of mine's site (Mortgage Lender Implode-O-Meter - http://ml-implode.com) to support Ron Paul. Feel free to use it on your site (particularly if you have a financial site):

Okay, the Doc wanted a two sided version of this tee, so I came up with two two-sided versions:

One with an additional design on the front left pocket that says in the BTTF font/design "Ron Paul for President 2008" ... the back is the same as the above. It is here for $12 (https://www.goodstorm.com/item/anarchyware/back_to_the_const_2sides2).

The other has the same RP4P 2008 design as noted above on the *back* of the tshirt with the same original design on the front.

It is here for $12. (https://www.goodstorm.com/item/anarchyware/back_to_the_const_2sides)

I've been working on that exact same idea. It's good to see that other RP supporters are on the same wavelength!

Mine is a deconstruction/reconstruction of the official logo from the movie. I'm using Windows Paint. Tedious, but it works. Hope to have it done by next week.

OK, I got off my duff and finished it!
