The same people who booed Ron didn't boo Huntsman or Perry when they said that we should withdraw from Afghanistan. So it's all about the way that the message is presented, not about the actual issue. How does it make someone a "neocon" if they don't like Ron quoting from Osama Bin Laden and defending the Palestinians? The fact is that the people who booed Ron likely aren't "neocons" but are simply offended by the idea that 9-11 was "America's fault." I know that isn't Ron's view, but that's the way it came across. Ron has to learn from Rand and change the way that he frames this issue to appeal to GOP audiences.

I do not see this video as condescending. It is truthful. Sometimes the truth hurts and perhaps a jolt to the system is what some people need. Is there really a passive or pleasant way to get this message across?
