Obama Claims Bridges will fall if his "jobs plan" is not passed

So recently, in a speech Obama talked about how bridge are gonna fall if his "job plan" isnt passed. He says close to 150 bridges are defected and blah blah. This guy has some nerve, Hes been talking about fuckin bridges for his full term now. Everytime he wants something passed he starts saying "oh our bridges are gonna fall". Isnt bridge repair what the last stimulus was all about?
