I'd rather the Cain Train be derailed by the fact that the engineer is a former Federal Reserve governor who believes in "fixing, not ending the Fed."

That's not a 'gay scandal', that's a financial transaction scandal. That it was a gay group his aide was ousted from is just background to the reason he was ousted.

FWIW, my buddy went to a viewing party at the Tea Party GOP debate in Tampa. He said Cain supporters were the loudest and most visible group there, but that the Paul supporters were a close second. We need Cain's people.

I swaer earlier headline read "Gay Scandal derails the Herman Cain Train", but now it doesn't.

I had heard while back that Herman Cain was actively recruiting bisexial/gay community for his political campaign staff. His choices or his own sexuality is not issue at all , his mental idiocy and dumbness is the reason he is a non-event IMO.

I agree that Cain train should be derailed because he is a neocon/teoocon/friend of the Big Bankers.. but these kind of stories will make him lose supporters..

So he was fired for the fact of him being gay...this isn't a scandal. "Gay" isn't a race either so claiming he is "racist" has nothing to do with it.I think The Cain camp probably just wants distance from something they don't see eye to eye on as a "lifestyle".
