In my opinion Trade Unions are bad because Trade Unions and their Worker Strikes divide Management and Labor/Labour Trade Unions also promote Class Warfare and Socialism/Communism/Marxism and Trade Unions in the past have promoted violence and have been violent my question is were Trade Unions really ever needed in the past to help and protect Workers also what right do the Trade Unions and the Workers what right do they have to boss around Management and Business Owners in other words do the Employees have the right to boss around the Employers I think Trade Unions are bad because I believe in Private Property Rights ?

ALL unions are bad, not just public sector ones.

People should be free to associate with whoever they want for whatever reason.

That includes people forming trade unions and businesses hiring who they want for whatever reason they want. So if people form trade unions and don't use government power or private force to coerce business, they are fine. And it is fine for business to ignore union demands for collective bargaining or to fire employees who either join a union or refuse to join a union.
