Shouldn't matter what timezone they're in. Donations have always been based off of eastern time. At least for official purposes, so that is what I have always thought we should go off of as well, when determining things such as money bombs and so forth. So if you're in a different timezone, go ahead and donate; after all, it is November 5th on the east coast.
