For the uninitiated, "sneak and peek" warrants are 4th Amendment wrecking documents that "allow" government to search pretty much anything it wants, plant keyloggers on your computer or listening devices in your home, all without any notification to you.
And of course, us "nuts" were right all along, these "expanded powers" were never intended to be used against any terrorist boogeyman, it was for us all along.
