John Bolton to announce he's running for the Presidency?

I'm watching Greta to see if she shows the website poll that shows Ron winning as the one Obama least wants to face. There was a scrolling message saying Bolton was coming on to announce if he was running for the Presidency.

Is this good or bad? I think if he runs, it dilutes the pool further and probably discourages Palin from running. However, he might become Santorum on Steroids, chomping away at Paul every chance he gets, preventing Ron from attacking Perry and Romney.
