Hook: Reach out to people and engage
Question: Get the person to talk
Assess: Figure out the person's stance on Ron Paul
Answer: Confirm, expand, clarify the position
Refer: Direct people to websites to learn more
Thank: Thank the person for talking no matter the outcome, i.e., always be nice to leave a good impression of Ron Paul
