It looks as if Kristi Risk has a new and improved website up now. Her campaign manager has contacted me. It looks like the campaign is much more mature than in 2010. Let's give her some support.

Her stances look pretty good. Here is her take on the Fed.
Sound Monetary Policy
As citizens, we work hard for our money. When we pay bills, buy groceries, or go on vacation, we expect our dollar to cover the costs without the value being manipulated. However, in our current state of money, that is precisely what is happening. Our dollars are being manipulated and as a result, inflation is a constant threat. In our great nation, this should not be so.
Inflation is simple, the same dollar that bought an item yesterday, will only by a portion of that item today because the value of that dollar has decreased. Every time new money enters circulation, the value that the dollar holds decreases. From all reports, the inflation upshot has not fully taken effect yet and I fear for people who are on fixed incomes.
With the Federal Reserve now admitting to the printing of over $1 trillion in the last few years through its Quantitative Easing 1 and 2 (QE1, QE2) programs, and the speculation that QE3 may be around the corner, a cry for sound money policies should be heard from coast to coast now, more than ever. If our money were soundly backed, the FED would not have the luxury of manipulating the markets with the push of a button from a cozy office chair.
Kristi supports a sound monetary system that gives our dollar real value, and removes the power of a few to create fiat money (money that has value only because government regulation says that it does) that enslaves the citizens of our nation.
And here is her take on going to war.
Global Conflicts
Going to war was never a vision that our Founders saw fit to place into the hands of one individual. The War Powers Acts is a dangerous forfeit of legislative power creating an imperial role for the President. I believe the founders would have been astonished by this resolution.
When the Constitution was drafted, Madison and his colleagues ensured that Congress keep the president on an especially short leash in military matters. In Britain, the king had the authority to declare war, and raise and support armies, among other war powers. The framers expressly rejected this model and gave these powers not to the president, but to Congress. Their wisdom in the matter should once again be heeded.
Considering our economic conditions at home and the near $2.5 trillion that has been spent in both Afghanistan and Iraq, plus the additional foreign engagement in Libya that is costing American taxpayers nearly $100 million a week. Kristi supports a systematic, steady withdrawal of our brave military men and women from these conflicts. Our soldiers have accomplished their mission and have courageously defended our nation.
It is a very serious matter to go to war with another nation. Lives are lost on both sides. Families are separated. Children lose parents. Families lose brothers, sisters, uncles, aunts, and cousins. The nation is placed in immediate turmoil as a whole. Our military men and women deserve the respect of our government to make sure that when they are sent to war, they are sent only after careful consideration and a constitutional declaration by Congress.

For full disclosure I did hear that she supported the wars before she didn't. I don't know why she changed her mind on that issue.
