Just wanted to make sure that you have the final schedule of what's going on in Columbia on Labor Day. That's this coming Monday!!! Please try to make it to at least one of these events, or all of them if you're able. There will be national press, along with all the major newspapers and tv stations from across South Carolina, and this is the best chance we'll have to make a big impact for Ron Paul and help to get the campaign off to a good start in our state. Contact Stephen (sccatholics@ronpaul2012.com) or Nicole (femalesforfreedom@yahoo.com) if you have any questions.
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS FOR LABOR DAY

7:30 - 11:30 AM: Chapin Labor Day Parade and Festival

We'll be meeting at 7:30, at General Information Services in Chapin, to prepare for the parade. This parade is one of the largest in the state and is traditionally seen as the starting point of the primary season in South Carolina. The parade begins at 9:30 but streets will be closed beginning at 8:30, so please try to make it in no later than 8 AM. After the parade we'll be speaking with voters at the festival and doing our very best to promote Ron Paul. NOTE: Bachmann, Santorum, Perry, and Romney will all have people there so we need to make sure we outnumber them. We want Ron Paul to be THE story in the State newspaper!!!

2 - 4 PM: Sign wave and mini - rally at Hilton hotel and State House

Ron Paul will be at a private GOP fundraiser from 1 to 3 at the Hilton (corner of Senate and Park, downtown). Let's make our presence known and show our support for Dr. Paul! We'll have groups at the Hilton and at the State House (corner of Assembly and Gervais).

3 - 5 PM: Forum watching party at the Flying Saucer

The Palmetto Freedom Forum will be broadcast live on ETV and CNN from 3 to 5 PM. Since most of us don't have tickets, we'll be gathering at the Flying Saucer on Gervais Street (in the Vista) to watch.

5:30 PM: Rally with Dr. Paul at the Courtyard Marriott at USC

Dr. Paul will be speaking at a rally, which will be held in the ballroom of the Courtyard Marriott hotel (corner of Assembly and Blossom). There will be some MAJOR announcements made, and a number of state and local officials will be in attendance. This is another great opportunity to show our support for Dr. Paul and make a positive impression with the media, officeholders (many of whom may endorse Dr. Paul if they see enough support!!!), and the voters.

Please do your best to make it to one or more of these events, and forward this information to your friends, family, and any other Ron Paul supporters you know.
