Then Ron Paul wouldn't be able to breathe with the amount of peace protesters that we have seen in the past who should be supporting him at this point. NO ONE has promoted and supported peace more than Ron Paul; from the Republican AND the Democrat party.

The American war machine is the second largest money-making scam in the history of the planet. The "in" group (political, media, business, financial) all have a piece of it, directly or indirectly, aren't going to give it up, and will use all their powers to keep the sheep sedated, confused, afraid, bribed, and distracted. And that works on most people - even people who will say they are opposed to war.

Far left progressives don't give a damn about equality or justice. The only "justice" they care about is empowering themselves with a socialist president who will pander to their social programs. Obama ironically has not delivered the social expansion they expected.War is not a big issue to progressives ,it is just a way to gain attention by either making themselves out to be the great "liberators" or the group that is against all "genocide and torture",and the "war" topic is easily exploited to their advantage by the media.Bleeding heart doesnt exist in the far left progressive movement, only ambition for selfish social programs and a twisted view on what is "justice" as long as they aren't on the receiving end of spending cuts.Where is the out cry about Libya?Yemen? the prolonged afghanistan war? the Iraq war?

All is silent, except for our Ron Paul campaign voice which is loud and disgusted against the U.S. President's coup on Libya.

The left is as hypocritical when it comes to peace as the GOP is when it comes to the Bill of Rights.

They only care about the wars and the killing and the defense spending and all the rest when it's not "their" guy.

Since when did Progressives ever care about peace? All I see is them starting Wars, advancing them, and proposing ever more. Where are the bastion Progressives for peace? Teddy Roosevelt -- so lauded? Abe Lincoln -- so lauded? Woodrow Wilson -- so lauded? FDR -- so lauded? Peace? Where?

Who chaired the Anti-Imperialist League? The America First Committee? They were all Classical Liberals / libertarians, as was most of their constituency. Hell, the first chair of the NAACP was a libertarian! I can't stand the severe lack of history and knowledge displayed on both sides of the aisle (and many times even on our side). Why did we give up history to them? We have a claim to all these great victories for peace and liberty -- not them! We fought for the common man, the individual, for peace, for the abolishment of slavery and Jim Crow and all the other State-discriminatory laws. We fought against Fascism and the Corporatacracy. All they did was usher in the same shit they are 'supposedly' against.

ask just about anyone anywhere whether or not they prefer war to peace and the answer you'll get is a peace preference. it's damn near universal.

i tell people that my guy is the only one that is a peace candidate. people find that very attractive. everyone knows we can't afford this.

a desire for peace is something that we RPers share with everybody that has a soul - ie most people. don't question how people can be sold on war when peace is far more popular. sell peace. sell Ron.

edit: i'm suggesting that you don't go off and try and explain all of the corruption and one-world-order or why Israel is allowed to keep its balls in our mouths or any of that to folks, just sell peace. it's our message. and i think it is a big deal with our families, neighbors, coworkers, etc.
