I noticed that about a week ago. I sent them a nice e-mail and a $25.00 donation. :)

Cool. I've been using the murl.se firefox extension but will now be switching to TinyURL Creator (http://mozmonkey.com/tinyurl/). Oh, and that was a good short vid about net neutrality too. :)

Yea I forget who it was by they were in a rally and said that he met the creator and was a supporter of Ron Paul. Pretty nice to know he follows through with his support.

Actually, I use it in my job all the time. Among other things, I administer our DNS system. When I make changes to our customers zones I like to send them links to http://www.digwebinterface.com/ or http://network-tools.com/ to confirm their changes from third party name servers. While those sites are great they produce gawdawful URLs that are subject to wrap in email clients. I use tinyurl.com to be sure my links work... Err, ahh... did I just prove your point? :o

I didn't realize it until now, but I know the guy who owns tinyurl.com. He's a big RP supporter in MN. Cool.

I have had the Ron Paul link there since the beginning of April.

Downsize DC (http://www.downsizedc.org/) is a good organization. Founded by former libertarian presidential candidate Harry Browne (http://www.house.gov/paul/congrec/congrec2006/cr033006.htm). Sign up for their list so you can easily send timely messages to your representatives and senators about liberty and its relations to what congress is currently doing. In other words help pressure them in the right direction when they vote.

I actually like net neutrality

Net neutrality = internet regulation.

It's quite sad that many internet professionals don't seem to understand the net neutrality issue. Those in favor of net neutrality basically think that people are unable to read contracts or that the market will not be able to offer us what we want. The main problem has its roots in the prior regulation of the telecommunications industry. Though the problem has only been theoretical so far in the US, the solution is opening up the market, not regulating it more. My opinion is that the only role of government is in enforcing the contracts and making sure the contracts can be understood by the parties involved.

Well most people who are for net Neutrality know nothing of the millions of handouts the the major corporations that just went right into the bank account of their CEOs.

As a fellow interneter :D (web host) I have been talking about the false nature of "Net Neutrality" for some time now, I had done this more on a personal basis than online however. Since I have some ammo online now from your site main page links I will be sure to spread them around as well.

People read from left to right - would asking for that in the upper left instead of upper right be asking too much?
