Just lost an acquaintance; appears to to be victim of war on drugs

This guy used to come to our house parties at my first college, and he was a decent kid back then. The details are sketchy, but it appears that the war on drugs just got another one. Without it, Officer Sollohub could have just waved at these guys and went on looking out for crimes against persons or property (of which there is a lot in Anniston.)
