That's hilarious!! Plus that is a good way of getting people's attention, ie. make a funny youtube video poking fun at retarded law enforcement.

I know how it feels. I ride my bicycle around Arizona and when I am in my neighborhood there is a public school not too far away which makes me angry. Every day in the afternoon the parents line their cars and trucks allover the bicycle lane and block the street completely because they wait there for school to get out. Take into consideration that I use to have no choice but to ride that way because I worked at a store located in that direction a year or 2 ago.
