I apologize if i put this in the wrong area. I just had the idea that if Ron Paul doesnt get the republican nomination that we should organize a write in ballot campaign. I think it would send a strong message to everyone if Ron got 20% of the popular vote as a write in.

What do you think?

Because we've been through this a million times... Do a search on the topic.

1. Because we won't consider a plan B because plan A is the right one.
2. Because if Ron jumps ship, it would severely hurt Rand's chances of advancement.
3. Because we don't want the liberty movement to be blamed for destroying the only chance we have of restoring our country.
4. Because we don't want to further isolate the republicans we are going to need to win the primary by threatening to run agaisnt them.

Yeah, make all Republicans hate the liberty movement. Great idea.

This country can't take any more Obama. I'll do whatever I can to prevent him from getting reelected.

Gotta disagree with this. If a puke like Mitt Romney gets the Republican nomination, I'll vote Libertarian, or Constitution Party, or write in Ron Paul. I'd NEVER vote for Mitt Romney (or anyone like him) even if my sole vote meant another four years of Obama.

If despite all our efforts Ron doesn't get nominated, we should do whatever we can to get Rand elected in 2016. Anything that detracts from that possibility is a negative.
